How do I apply for coaching?You can apply by booking a call or meeting me in person at the gyms where I work: Crayford Weights & Fitness and Muscleworks Orpington. This gives us a chance to discuss your goals, assess your needs, and choose the best plan for you.

What are your coaching prices?Pricing varies depending on the service you choose and the duration of your commitment. Longer-term plans offer a discounted rate when paid upfront. To find out more and receive a personalised quote tailored to your goals, book a call with me.

What’s the usual duration of a coaching plan?The duration of coaching plans is flexible and depends on your goals and chosen service. Most clients commit to at least 3, 6, or 12 months to see the best results. Longer commitments provide greater value and allow for sustained progress. Each programme is tailored to your specific goals, whether it’s a body transformation or competition prep. You’ll receive ongoing support, including detailed check-ins, WhatsApp access, bloodwork guidance, and, if applicable, in-person coaching. It’s a results-focused, no-nonsense approach designed to deliver sustainable progress and help you exceed your expectations.

Do I need a gym membership to start?Having a gym membership is not required to start your coaching journey. I can customise your training plan based on the equipment you have, whether at home, outdoors, or in a gym. Additionally, if you want to train at Crayford Weights & Fitness or Muscleworks Orpington, training with me in person during our sessions is included at no extra cost.

Can the programme accommodate my dietary preferences?Absolutely. Nutrition plans are fully tailored to meet your specific dietary needs and preferences, including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher, pescatarian, or any other requirements. I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle while helping you achieve your goals.

How soon can I start?Once we’ve discussed your goals and chosen the right coaching service, I’ll create your customised plan. This process typically takes up to two days, after which you’ll be ready to begin your journey.

How often will I need to check in?Check-in frequency depends on your chosen service and individual needs. For general plans, check-ins are weekly or monthly. For athletes, check-ins are tailored to your requirements, with a minimum of one weekly check-in, and can include daily updates or even post-meal and post-workout feedback during the final stages of prep.

Many clients notice improvements in strength, body composition, energy levels, and confidence within the first few weeks. For athletes, results are meticulously aligned with competition timelines, ensuring peak performance when it matters most.
