I've never trained seriously. Is this for me?
Yes. A lot of clients start without gym experience. The plan is built around where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be. We start with what works for you and build from there.
I'm not based near Crayford. Can we work online?
Yes. The Hybrid programme is fully available remotely. Online coaching includes the same training plan, nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins. Clients across the UK work this way.
I have peri-menopause or menopause. Do you adjust the plan around it?
Yes. Hormonal changes are factored in across training volume, recovery, nutrition and supplementation. If you're on HRT or considering it, bloodwork interpretation can be part of the plan.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Most things can be worked around. Programmes adapt to your body — pain, restrictions, conditions — rather than ignoring them. If something needs medical sign-off first, we'll talk that through honestly.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Signature can be paid as 3 × £750 monthly. Hybrid is paid weekly at £75/week with a 12-week minimum.
Do you take male clients?
Yes. Most clients are women but the methodology applies to anyone serious about strength, fat loss and long-term health.
