13 years of building my own physique — skinny, overweight, every method, every approach, every mistake lived through, not just read about. That experience is the foundation. On top of it I educated myself properly: Level 5 in Advanced Nutritional Science from MAC Nutrition Uni, physique coaching certifications, female-specific programming.

What took me 13 years to figure out on myself — and then apply to my clients — you don't have to repeat. That's the point of a coach. My mistakes become your shortcut.
