Education over motivation
You learn how your body responds, so progress does not depend on constantly feeling motivated.
Evidence-based strength and nutrition coaching for women who want to become stronger, improve their body composition and understand what works for them.
Good coaching should do more than tell you what to do. It should help you understand why it works, adapt when life changes and become more confident in your own decisions.
You learn how your body responds, so progress does not depend on constantly feeling motivated.
We build a stronger, more capable body. Fat loss and body composition are approached without sacrificing performance or health.
No template decides what you need. Training and nutrition are built around your body, experience, schedule and preferences.
Decisions are based on evidence, practical experience and what can realistically be sustained in your life.
The aim is not to make you dependent on a coach forever. It is to give you the knowledge and structure to stay in control.
One coaching philosophy: understand the person, build the right plan and adjust it until it works.
Came to coaching ashamed to set foot in a gym. Vegan, tried every diet. We started with fasted walks and fixed the food. 15kg gone before she touched a single weight. Then the gym. 38kg total in one year.
Came in wanting strength. Not weight loss — strength. In 12 weeks her strength went up 237%. She lost 6kg without that ever being the focus. Body composition follows when the training is right.
Home training with resistance bands and two Zumba classes a week. No gym membership. No equipment. Just a plan that worked around her life. 10kg gone in 12 weeks.
4 gym sessions a week, 60 minutes each. Lost 10kg and increased total strength by 312%. No fluff, no wasted time. Just structured training done properly.
Swimming, river walks, and one dumbbell session a week at home. No gym. Age is not the obstacle — the right plan is. 10kg gone in 12 weeks at 65 years old.
50kg at 18. Every method, every mistake, every adaptation — lived through. 13 years later, 110kg. This is the experience behind the coaching.
You are not paying for a generic plan. You are paying for decisions, adjustments, explanations and a coach who remains involved when circumstances change.
Your training, nutrition and priorities are clear. You do not spend the week wondering whether you are doing the right thing.
Busy weeks, poor sleep, travel, injuries and hormonal changes are accounted for rather than treated as failure.
I explain why we are changing something, not only what to change. Over time, you become better at reading your own body.
No vague encouragement and no automatic praise. You get useful feedback, clear expectations and support when it is needed.
Founder and Head Coach, FNT Coaching
Most people do not struggle because they are lazy. They struggle because they have never been shown how to train, eat and recover in a way that fits their life.
I became obsessed with understanding why some people make progress while others spend years working hard with little to show for it. That search led through more than 13 years of practical training, coaching and advanced education in nutrition, biomechanics and programme design.
Everything I coach now comes back to one question: what is the simplest evidence-based solution for this individual? My role is to provide clarity, make the right adjustments and teach you enough that your progress becomes easier to manage for years to come.
Two focused programmes. Both are personal, evidence-based and coached directly by me. The difference is the level of in-person support.
Full transformation. 36 in-person sessions. Daily access. One outcome — you, different.
Women ready to commit fully to changing how their body looks, feels and performs in 90 days. The level of access and supervision is what separates this from anything else available locally.
Strength as the foundation. Nutrition built on the latest evidence base. Hormonal context applied throughout. Daily accountability so the plan survives real life.
Online coaching with one in-person session every week for 12 weeks.
Women who want serious coaching, weekly in-person guidance and a complete structure to follow between sessions.
The same coaching principles as Signature, with less total in-person time. Weekly sessions keep technique, progression and accountability closely supervised.
Do I need to be experienced in the gym?
No. The plan starts from your current ability. Technique, confidence and training capacity are built progressively rather than assumed.
What is the difference between Signature and Hybrid?
Signature includes three in-person sessions per week and the highest level of supervision. Hybrid includes one in-person session per week for 12 weeks, with your training, nutrition and support continuing between sessions.
Will the plan account for perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. Sleep, recovery, symptoms, training tolerance and nutrition are considered when making decisions. Coaching supports these factors but does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
What happens if work, travel or family disrupts the plan?
We adjust it. A useful plan must survive real life. The goal is not perfect weeks; it is making the best decision available and keeping momentum.
Can I pay Signature monthly?
Yes. Signature is £2,000 paid in full or three payments of £750. Hybrid is £900 for the full 12 weeks.
Do you work with men?
Yes. Most FNT clients are women, but the coaching principles apply to anyone serious about strength, body composition and long-term health.
